Do not use the Intel driver update utility.
You need 3 drivers: WiFi, Video, WiDi that MUST BE INSTALLED IN THAT ORDER.
Make sure you get the larger file size drivers.
You can not just install the WiDi driver and expect WiDi to work.

You should be able to see the resolution of your TV in your control panel. When I am connected through WIDI, my computer stretch the computer screen to adapt to the TV resolution (full HD) which is higher than the computer resolution. If I want I can reduce the resolution which indirectly reduce the resolution of the signal sent to the TV. If your computer has been modified to a resolution not supported by the TV that could generate that issue. When you play games in full screen like diablo it is possible, the resolution is often modified and sometimes to a resolution which is not a standard or maybe not supported by a TV screen. Can you see your resolution in the control panel when you are connected through widi?
The audio problems with Media Center and with XBMC still exists in driver version xxxx.3071.
This driver package has an updated audio driver so I was kind of hoping it got solved.

I've been looking on ark but nothing seems to indicate this positively or negatively.
There are wikipedia links which give some guidelines but I need a verifiable list.

I also connected the two Pioneer drives to the Sata Marvell 6Gb/s ports in the hope that would solve the problem, but in my case it made no difference - it still prevented the IRST application from working properely in exactly the same way.
I can only have one drive connected for it to work correctly.
Is this a bug with IRST or an issue elsewhere?
At least I have made some progress with this problem, but having to disconnect one of the optical drives is hardly a satisfactory solution.

I have had problems with my ss400-e storage earlier - it has been loosing configuration, but I have ignored that.
Few days ago I have configured raid 5 on three disks located at: first, second and 4th slot.
I have problem now, because I see initialization screen after restart. I need data stored on the disks. Really need, and I don't know what should I do in this situation.
What is the order of the disks? How should I start recovering? I have thought about unplugging the disk and connecting in the normal PC creating 1:1 disk images by any tool an operate on the images. Is it possible?
May be is it any possibility to recover raid configuration in the nas?
Where is stored all configuration?
I have started my raid with three disks due to fail one of them. It is possible, that other disks have had fault also.
Jack, Ignore my previous post (I removed it actually to avoid confusion) your wifi driver s64 is ok. I have seen another comment where mixing wifi lan connection and widi does not work. During widi, the widi apps tries to establish a peer-to-peer network connection with an IP address defines by the protocol. If you have already your wifi used for lan, it cannot allocate an IP address. Have you tried installing your widi without connecting your wifi card to your router (forbid the mac address or make sure the card is not automatically connected and get an ip address from the router so it is available for widi to use)?
This morning, I reuse my widi for 4 months and it did not work claiming he was not able to get a network address. I restored an image which worked fine with widi (back in December) and same issue. After lunch, when I came back it worked. Drivers may not always be the explanation
In the end it may be the effect in correlation with some additional Software bug i.e. .NET Framework (this is where my error events point to) or some ludicrous DRM issue with filters installed by iTunes etc.

If you continue having the same issue I would like to recommend backing up all your data and doing a fresh re-install of the operating system.
Could you please provide more screenshots, one showing what you are referring to with anti-aliased pictures and also one of the text aliasing issue, but with not zoom so just with a normal size/view?

Been using my laptop for a few months, no problems. Yesterday hdmi stopped working. Same as above: it works when i uninstall and reinstall the HD4000 drivers, but stops working after reboot. The problem is around monitor detection: for some reason the card isnt flagging a monitor.
VGA works, just HDMI output has stopped.
My system: Lenovo Y580, including the GMA4000 and Nvidia 660M on Optimus. I have RMAed the machine to Lenovo (even thought this is clearly Intel's fault).
