No it does not. It doesn't have one of the intel wireless cards listed here:

Theoretically, you can replace the wireless card and update a bunch of drivers to make it work. But many of the standard intel wireless cards other laptops can use won't work on Lenovo laptops so you would have to be sure you pick the right wireless card. Also, I'm not 100% sure the card isn't soldered on though I don't think it is.
At this very moment, your choices are limited right now if you want a 13" high definition touch screen with i5 or above convertible laptop with widi. If you go with a smaller screen your choices open up. Or if you can live without the convertible or high res. part.
