Hey Joe,

So wait a second!

The update tool was always showing the my graphic driver version is 9.17.10.3223 and there there is no update. I just manually downloaded the version you suggested and now I'm running 9.17.10.3347.

The update tool doesn't advise me to download Intel® WiDi software 4.3.3 -> it just says:

"Intel® Wireless Display was not detected on system. View support for next steps."

So, since you said that I need to download something. I went here:

Support for the Intel® Wireless Display (Intel® WiDi)

And I saw the update tool. It detected that it needs to update intel proset and it also listed widi 4.3.3 in the download list. So it started downloading, and then installing. Intel ProSet was installed, but the widi installation failed with the following message:

WiDi component installation failed:

You can install it from the following link:

Self-Service

When I visit the link I'm greeted by:

This computer does not meet the Intel® WiDi system requirements.

We are sorry, but this computer doesn't meet the system requirements for Intel® WiDi. Check System requirements for Intel® WiDi for details on the system requirements.

I tried running the WiDi update tool for the second time - this time it only needs to download widi 4.3.3, but the installation fails. I tried to run the installation with elevated privileges, but the same error occurs.

Any ideas?
