I've made recovery to 115 BIOS and some things changed, now:
- mini-PCIe Wi-Fi card is WORKING uder Ubuntu but is still invisible in BIOS
- USB 3.0 ports are WORKING uder Ubuntu with little exception but are still invisible uder BIOS
- portable USB 3.0 hard drive is not detected uder USB 3.0 ports, only under USB 2.0 ports
