I have absolutely had it. Back and forth with Samsung past 5 days, on hold for hours, no one listening to me when I explain the problem and now to the point where they are outright REFUSING to do anything more for me.
The latest driver is still no good for me. I don't have the rollback option either (it's greyed out) someone please help me get rid of this driver and try the generic windows driver.
I purchased a 6230 but just can't get this laptop apart. There are no guides available for it online (NP700G7C-T01CA) and the adapter resides underneath the keyboard.
By the way, A Samsung manager just hung up the phone with me moments ago. His final answer to me was "the service center replaced the card and reported it fixed so there is nothing we can do for you" after reiterating to him about 12 times to stop calling it "fixed" because if it was I wouldn't be calling you right now, he hung up the phone on me.
Before I go absolutely bezerk over here I want to sever any more communications with Samsung regarding this issue as it is not good for my health. It is concluded that getting them to acknowledge the problem even exists is useless. And to be frank, Intel, I blame you for that because they state there is no information in their system to state that there are any known problems/recalls with any of their products so obviously all this here was never communicated to that company.
By the way Intel, you instructed us with issues to take it up with the manufacturer especially those of us with warranty, I did just that, endured a month without my laptop, and now have spent 2 weeks chasing Samsung for the results I have described and ZERO solution. So now the ball is in your court.
So can anyone provide me with a reference for dissembling this laptop? Or instructions to completely remove the intel drivers and try the windows drivers?
For reference:
7 Series Samsung NP700G7C-T01CA
Windows 8
With 'N' mode disabled the card is stable otherwise connection drops, limited connectivity, etc etc.
Already sent in for service to Samsung once, they replaced the card with the same faulty card and problem came back after about 10 days of use.
